A magical place to watch the sun go down is from the small enclave on top of the hill in Santa Eulalia. There is a church surrounded by little white houses and you will be surprised by its beauty and the panoramic views of the town below. The sun sets beyond the hills in the interior of the island
In the Natural Park of Las Salinas, just beyond the small church of San Francesc, you can find a beautiful spot to take in the views of the Ibizan salt lakes whilst the sun sets on the horizon. There is a striking bronze sculpture in homage to the salt workers and also a bird-watching point. The salt lakes are a refuge for many different species, including flamingos.
The curious monument devised by the founder of the Cirque du Soleil company is referred to as the Ibizan StoneHenge. It is inspired by the Fibonacci numerical sequence and consists of thirteen columns arranged in a circular shape with one 24 metre tall central monolith reminiscent of a sundial. It is truly a unique place to contemplate the sunset with the silhouette of Es Vedrá forming the perfect backdrop out at sea.
Santa Inés. Close to the small village of Santa Inés there is a small viewpoint on top of the cliffs, opposite the islands of Ses Margalides, granting fabulous views of the sunset during the summer months. There is a small and cosy family restaurant offering local cuisine.
Cala Conta. On the west coast close to the bay of Cala Conta, the secluded and luxurious 7Pines Resort Ibiza offers an idyllic setting for a special sunset experience.
